The C2C-BC05 Lapis Blue Metallic Basecoat comes from the House of Kolor Shimrin Metallic Color Bases that can be used as a standard base-coat clear-coat finish that is ready to clearcoat or they can be used as a base for your custom creation using Kandy coats. The “C2C” prefix signifies that the Shimrin color is Coast-to-Coast compliant and meets all VOC regulations when used with the outlined LV Exempt series reducers. In areas where VOC exemption is not required, any of the RU series reducers may be used.
