SprayMax now offers a 2 part (2K) Urethane Aerosol Clear Coat. This SprayMax 2k Clear Coat spray has a much higher U.V. and weather resistance than any standard aerosol clearcoat on the market today. Contrary to standard aerosol paint technology, Spray Max uses an innovative nozzle technology in combination with a new propellant technology. Spray Max offers a higher yield, a faster spray time, and a wider more even spray pattern than your standard conventional aerosol spraycan.

Salesman Notes: The SprayMax 2k Glamour Clear Coat Can works much like a conventional spraygun. It has high transfer efficiency, and great atomization. In my opinion, the SprayMax 2K Urethane Clear Coat is the best clear coat in a spray paint can.

How to Use: First shake for 2 minutes vigorously before activating. 

To activate: Simple take the red button from the cap and attach it to the pin on the bottom of the can. Put the top of the can on stable ground and push the red button firmly and press the pin into the can. Shake again for two minutes to ensure activator is thoroughly mix with clearcoat. After activated, this product will last approximately 24 hours. 

Product Characteristics: SprayMax 2 part Aerosol Clear Coat has excellent adhesion to basecoat and cured lacquer and enamel finishes.

Preparation: Allow basecoat paints at least 30 minutes dry time prior to using the 2K Spray Max Urethane Aerosol Clear Coat. Apply 2-3 coats of aerosol clearcoat. 

How long does 2k clear coat take to dry based on 70° F?

2K Urethane Glamour Clear Coat spray paint needs a minimum of 5-10 minutes of dry time between coats and will be dry to touch in about 1-1/2 hours. After allowing approximately 24 hours dry time, automotive urethane clear coat may been polished by hand or machine.

    Spray Max 2K ClearCoat

    Does a great job for a spray can. Wear a respirator!! The only problem I had was it was hard to follow where to overlap. Might just have been me or the lighting I had. Heck, for $18 + change a can it IS THE BEST BUY out there.

    2k Glamour Clear

    Great product. Easy to combine hardener. Excellent pattern from nozzle, much better than typical spray can. Makes it easy to put down correct amount of paint easily, for even gloss. I will use one of these for touch ups for now on, instead of mixing paint for a touch up gun, and resulting clean up.

    This product is just what I've been looking for. I purchased this a while ago while restoring my 2002 Corvette. It helps to add gloss to my Millenium Yellow paint. Perfect.

    This clear is the bomb! Great shine, hard finish! Couldn't be better.

    Glamour Clearcoat

    Lays out great. Able to wetsand and buff to a beautiful shine. Used it on a freshly painted Pontiac hood tach. Excellent for this small part. Give it a few days before handling - remains soft for a bit.

    I got the 2K Urethane Glamour Clear Coat and it was great, was able to blend my color and shine thank you.

    Excellent for small jobs

    Fantastic clear that will look good after cut and buff. The aerosol can is the only downfall. It does make it easy to get a quality clear without a paint gun, but a gun is most definitely better. Use this stuff for small areas. Don't try and spray a hood.
