The 3M 02021, 1000 Grit, Wet Sandpaper is designed to remove orange peel, dust, dirt, paint runs and other imperfections from you paint finish.

Salesman Notes: Wet sandpaper needs to be soaked in water for about 15 minutes prior to use. This helps soften the factory cut edges of the sandpaper and will reduce the chance of cutting grooves in your fresh paint finish. I recommend the use of a foam sanding block such as the following list:

MEG E-7200 -  has just the right amount of flexibility and firmness. 

MGC SB-1 - has 2 sides, one is more dense for more aggressive cutting and the other is softer for color sanding.
