The 5 Star 5403 Hot Rod Black Acrylic Primer Surfacer is a quality, single component primer surfacer that offers quick fill, fast drying, and easy sanding characteristics while providing minimal shrinkage and great adhesion to properly prepared substrates. 

Mix Ratio: (1-1) Mix 1 part #5403 - Hot Rod Black Acrylic Primer to 1 part Acetone.

Salesman Note: Urethane Reducer or Lacquer Thinner can be substituted in place of Acetone in non-V.O.C. regulated areas.
