EC2000 Performance Clear, 2k Urethane Clear Coat

Application Instructions:

Tip Size: 1.2 mm - 1.4 mm

Compliant Spraygun: 15-35 P.S.I. at the Gun Inlet

HVLP Spraygun: 8-10 P.S.I. at the Air Cap

Apply over R&E Urethane Basecoat with 1 hour minimum up to 24 hours maximum or prep the OEM surface by sanding with P600-P800 wet or P500-P600 dry, then clean with a degreaser.

EC2000 Performance Clear Technical Information:

Mixing Ratio: Must be mixed at a 4:1 ratio with SH1002 Medium Activator (optimized for 65-80°F), or SH1003 Slow (optimized for 75-95°F).

Application:

2-3 medium-wet coats

First Coat - Allow 10-15 minutes flash time

Second Coat - Allow 15-20 minutes flash time

Air Dry for 18-24 hours before buffing. 

Bake Booth - Allow 15 minute purge then 45 minute bake at 130°F. Buff after 1 hour cool down

Equipment Cleanup:

Clean immediately when finished using Spray Gun Cleaner or Lacquer Thinner.
