The POR-15 49013, Patch Filler and Seam Sealer is designed to be a filler, a sealer, and an adhesive all in one. It can be used on steel, plastic, wood, and concrete to level up seams and expansion joints. Patch Filler and Seam Sealer is completely waterproof and can be applied directly over rust.

For years customers of POR-15 have asked for a thicker version of world famous POR-15, to use for filling holes or seams. Here it is! Patch Filler and Seam Sealer is, quite literally POR-15 in a tube. Like the original POR-15, it dries as hard as a rock, while remaining flexible. Once dry, Patch Filler and Seam Sealer is totally impervious to solvents and fuels. It's so tough it strengthens weakened metal surfaces that have nearly rusted away.
