R&E Paint Supply Premium Repair Kit.

The Premium Large refinish Kit contains 1 5Liter of  of the R&E Paint Supply Ec 3000 Glamour Clear with Activator. 1 Gallon MP 1000 Multi prime primer with Activator, and 1 Gallon of TS 330 Wax and Grease Remover.

When used with your R&E Automotive Paint Base coat. This kit provides enough clear and primer for Large repairs. 

This kit is ideal for refinishing medium to large repair jobs that typically consist of 4+ Panels or overall paint jobs.

EC3000 Glamour Clear 2k High Solids Urethane Clear Coat

EC3000 Glamour Clear is a high-solids, premium quality, Automotive Urethane Clear Coat that offers a deep-gloss finish and delivers a flawless show-car shine every time. EC3000 Glamour Clear is formulated with the latest advancements in UV resistant polymers and polyurethane technology to ensure long lasting protection against fading, scratching, and environmental damage

Technical Information:

Mixing Ratio: Must be mixed at a 2:1 ratio with SH1002 Medium Activator (optimized for 65-80°F), or SH1003 Slow (optimized for 75-95°F).

Tip Size: 1.2 mm - 1.4 mm

Compliant Spraygun: 15-35 P.S.I. at the Gun Inlet

HVLP Spraygun: 8-10 P.S.I. at the Air Cap

Apply over R&E Urethane Basecoat with 1 hour minimum up to 24 hours maximum or prep the OEM surface by sanding with P600-P800 wet or P500-P600 dry, then clean with a wax and grease remover.

Spray Application:

2-3 medium-wet coats

First Coat - Allow 10-15 minutes flash time.

Second Coat - Allow 15-20 minutes flash time.

Air Dry for 18-24 hours before buffing. 

Bake Booth - Allow 15 minute purge then 40 minute bake at 140°F. Can be polished after 1 hour cool down.

Spray Equipment Cleanup: Clean immediately when finished using Spray Gun Cleaner or Lacquer Thinner.  

MP 1000 Multi Prime 2K Urethane Primer Surfacer

MP1000 provides excellent adhesion and sanding properties with fast-drying and easy sanding making MP1000 primer surfacer ideal for filling minor imperfections and leveling uneven surfaces before topcoat application. Its urethane-based formulation ensures excellent vertical hold, minimal shrinkage, excellent spray-ability, reducing prep time and improving overall efficiency in the refinish process.

Compliant Spraygun: 25-45 P.S.I. at the Gun Inlet
HVLP Spraygun 8-10 P.S.I. at the Air Cap

1-2 Coats as a Sealer
2-3 Coats as a Surfacer

MP1000 Multi Prime Dry Times:

Flash Time - 10 to 15 minutes between coats at 70° F
Sand Time - 1 hour minimum at 70° F
Paint Time as a Sealer - 20 minutes minimum but no more than 8 hours maximum at 70° F

TS330 Wax and Grease Remover is a surface preparation solvent formulated to effectively eliminate wax, grease, oil, silicone, and other contaminants from surfaces prior to painting or refinishing. This fast-acting formula helps promote proper adhesion and a cleaner finish.
