The RE 521, Tintable Bed Liner Kit restores and protects trucks beds, floor pans, truck interiors and more. It is a durable two-component urethane coating that provides a textured finish as well as an excellent UV and chemical resistance. This Tintable Bed Liner Kit is comparable to the UPO 821, Raptor Tintable Spray On Bed Liner Kit.

This kit will require 14 ounces of tint. If you choose to purchase one of the optional Tint Colors you will receive 4 - 3.5 Ounce bottles of tint.

Directions:

• Shake well before mixing
• Tintable bed liner requires adding 3.5 fl. oz. of color (tint or basecoat) to 1 quart of bedliner and shake for 1 minute, prior to adding 8 fl. oz. of activator
• Measure 8 fl. oz. of Activator and pour into 1 quart of Bedliner
• Screw on quart bottle cap and shake for two minutes
• Remove cap and attach universal applicator gun to quart bottle of bedliner
• Adjust the air pressure to 60-80 psi
• Apply a uniform wet coat of bedliner using a sweeping motion, vary distance to change texture
• Allow two minutes of flash time before applying a very light second coat
• Apply second coat at an air pressure of 80 psi in a fast sweeping motion
• On the second coat, hold gun further away from the panel than the distance used to apply the first coat
