SEM 39643, Tac Free Protective Topcoat is an elastomeric satin topcoat used to eliminate plasticizer migration on coated vinyl and plastic surfaces. Migration occurs when levels of plasticizers are used in the manufacturing process. When coated, the plasticizers can bleed and leave the surface tacky. In addition, SEM 39643, Tac Free Protective Topcoat is resistant to alcohol based substances and offers a great protection over the finish.
