The 3D 500, ACA 500 Xtra Cut Compound is formulated with Alpha Ceramic Alumina which is designed to be a low heat, high speed leveling abrasive that will correct cuts P1000 or finer on clearcoats and single stage paint. 3D 500, ACA Xtra Cut Compound will correct hard ceramic clearcoats and will even work on soft clearcoats. 

How to Apply 3D 500, ACA 500 Xtra Cut Compound:

When applying 3D 500, ACA 500 Xtra Cut Compound use a wool pad on a buffer and set the speed to 1000-1800 rpms. Apply enough Xtra Cut Compound on the wool pad to work in a 2ft x 2ft area. Buff the surface with slow back and forth, overlapping motions until paint correction is complete and sanding scratches are eliminated. Remove with a clean microfiber cloth and follow up with the 3D 520, ACA 520 Finishing Polish with a Finishing Foam Pad.
