2K Deep Gloss Single Stage

Deep Gloss 2K single stage is a 2 Part Acrylic Urethane paint designed for demanding environments such as fleet, commercial vehicles, and industrial equipment. This system offers superior adhesion, chemical resistance, and durability compared to conventional single-component paints. The “deep gloss” finish delivers a rich, vibrant shine that enhances the visual appeal of any surface without requiring a separate clear coat application, making it a streamlined and cost-effective option.

This paint is specifically engineered to withstand the harsh operational conditions faced by commercial and industrial vehicles. Deep Gloss Single Stage colors containing Metallic or Pear finishes are not recommended to match OEM automotive paints.

2K Deep gloss performs best over a 2K Epoxy primer, Urethane primer or cured existing paints.

Simple 4:1 Mix Ratio

2K Deep Gloss aerosol cans have a 72 hour pot life once activated. The long pot life in the 2K aerosols gives ample time for repairs with out wasting product.

How To Activate 2K Deep Gloss Aerosol cans

1. Remove the cap from the base

2. Insert metal ring in to lug in the base of the can

3. Pull down fully on ring and rotate 360° to release activator.

4. Shake well for 2 minutes

Application

Apply in cross-coat pattern

Apply 2-4 Coats

Allow 5-10 minutes of dry time between coats. (Depending on temperature)

2K Deep Gloss will be dry to touch in about 1-1/2 hours. After allowing approximately 24 hours of dry time, it can be sanded and polished by hand or machine.

2K Deep Gloss Gallon Mix ratio

Simple 4:1 Mix Ratio with Sh5000 Activator

Reducer can be added up to 25% if desired.

Application

Apply 2-3 Coats with a 1.4-1.6 Hvlp Spray gun or equivalent

Allow 5-10 minutes of dry time between coats. (Depending on temperature)
