POR-15 41718, Cast Iron Gray Detail Paint

The POR-15 Cast Iron Gray Detail Paint is a high quality aerosol paint that will restore automotive parts to their original look. Cast Iron Gray Detail Paint can be used direct-to-metal for a corrosion resistant surface or it can be used over POR-15 Rust Preventative Paint for a impervious rust proof finish.

POR-15 Cast Iron Gray Detail Paint Application:

1. Treat the surface to be painted using POR-15 Cleaner Degreaser to remove grease, oil, and other contaminants.

2. Prep the surface with POR-15 Metal Prep then rinse clean with water and allow to dry.

3. Shake POR-15 41718, Cast Iron Gray Detail Paint for a minimum of 1 minute prior to application.

4. Apply 3 light to medium wet coats allowing 15-20 minutes dry time between each coat.

5. Allow 1-2 hours dry time before handling and 24 hours before installing or stacking parts.
