Tintable options: Scorpion bed liner requires a minimum of (1) 8oz bottle per gallon. If you choose to purchase one of the optional Tint Colors you will receive (2) 8oz Bottles of color. For light colors it could require up to (3-4) 8oz bottles per gallon to achieve desired color. *Tip: It is a good idea to spray over light primer or light color underbase. Bed Liner Tint Options

Salesman Notes: Scorpion spray on bedliner sprays best through a texture style hopper spraygun like the Al's Liner Bed Liner Applicator Gun. The pressure can be varied depending on the desired texture finish. For a more lumpy coarse texture you will want to lower pressure (25-40 psi) with a spray distance of 14-16 inches (nozzle from surface), for a finer more uniform texture you will want to spray at a higher pressure (50-80 psi). You will also need to spray at a distance of about 16-20 inches (nozzle from surface). The distance of the nozzle to the surface in conjunction with varying air pressure can change the texture substantially.

Scorpion X02 Bed Liner Protective Coating works extremely well for marine application, above or below the water line. If applying below the water line a 60 mil build of material is required for a fully water proof layer.
