SEM 38343 is a high strength combination of solvents and water designed to pre-clean prior to painting vinyl or plastic. This fine product not only cleans soils, waxes, and grease from the surface, but also creates a slight softening of the vinyl film and prepares the surface for coatings such as with SEM Color Coat or SEM Marine Vinyl coatings.
