The USC 77702, SMC / Fiberglass Filler is specially formulated to be used with Traditional Fiberglass and SMC (Sheet Molded Composite). USC 77702 has superior adhesion to many types of substrates like steel, traditional fiberglass, smc, wood, and concrete. This Fiberglass Filler spreads and sands well and is 100% waterproof.
USC 77702 Fiberglass Filler Surface Prep:
When applying to areas with holes securely fasten anchor panels prior to filling to prevent cracking and separation or using fiberglass to patch the back side of the repair. Sand or grind the area to be filled using 24-40 grit. Before application of fiberglass filler, clean the surface using a Wax and Grease Remover.
